Terms
All reservations in Cousin Jill’s are subject to the terms &
conditions listed below unless agreed in writing by Cousin Jill’s.
Written confirmation will confirm your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Confirmation
of Bookings
Bookings are only considered to be confirmed when a deposit of 50% of
the minimum spend is received by Cousin Jill’s.
Arrival Time
Please arrive
promptly as the room hire commences from the requested booking time, not
the time you arrive.
Payment
Cousin Jill’s accepts most major credit cards, cheque and cash payments.
The final payment must be made on the night of the function. The person
(i.e. the contract signatory) confirming the booking will be considered
responsible for this payment. As service is included, any gratuity is
at your discretion.
Loss
or Damage
Cousin Jill’s does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage
of property belonging to the client’s guests, prior, during and
after a function. Clients are not permitted to attach any items to the
wall ceilings or to any other structures at Cousin Jill’s. Clients
will be responsible and charged for any damage sustained at the venue.
Cancellation
If a confirmed
booking is cancelled in less than 14 days notice, you will forfeit any
deposits paid. All deposits are non refundable after 14 days.
Food
Requirements
Confirmed bookings inclusive of food drink and room/club hire will carry
a 50% deposit refundable only up to 14 days cancellation notice, prior
to the booking date.
When ordering
food in advance, final confirmation of numbers is required 48 hours prior
to the function as you will be charged the full menu price per head for
the full number of confirmed guests.
Menu selections
are to be finalised 7 days prior to the function.
